City Of Woodbine Occupational License
Occupational Licenses or Business Licenses are required if you are providing any product or service within the City limits of Woodbine. Having a license in an existing city or county does not relieve a business from obtaining the City of Woodbine’s Occupational License.
To apply for a Woodbine Business License simply stop by City Hall with your State-issued ID and fill out the appropriate forms below. The cost of the license depends on the type of business you will be doing.

Submit a completed Occupational Tax License application. Please attach all state-required licenses when submitting the application. Applications are reviewed once a week on Wednesdays. Once the application has been approved, you will pay the application fee and your Occupational Tax License will be issued. The certificate must be posted in a conspicuous place at your business establishment. Occupational Tax licenses are non-transferrable.

An affidavit form will also need to be filled out with the city clerk.

EXPIRATION & RENEWALS Occupational Tax License certificates expire December 1st of each year. Payments that are made more then 90 days after the due date will be assessed a penalty fee plus interest pursuant to city ordinance. Please contact the licensing office at (912)-576-3211 if your business closes, moves to another address, or this was a one-time construction job in which the job is completed and do not wish to renew your certificate. .
